Glitchy

It was working completely fine and then one day it stopped. When I emailed them to get it fixed I was told to create a new account or wait for an update. It hasnt been working for a week and there is no progress being made.

Awful.

Half the time it wont show my schedule and just says "No Shifts" when I know I have shifts. Ive emailed tech support 3 times and they have yet to respond or fix the issue. Its been a week now.

Not the same

The app is cool to check schedule, but isnt like the website at all. Much prefer looking and using web vs the app. Doesnt update schedule to phone automatically like it says.

Helpful but...

About time there is an app for this as it would make everything easier. But why am I pay three dollars to see my schedule? Like I can just log in online and see it for free. Happy theres an app now but very upset there is a $3 charge attached to it.

Eh

It is cool that they finally have an app for it but it should definitely be free, its not that great of an app. The app itself is very slow and how things are displayed is kind of junky; I dont know if thats just because its an initial start up app and it doesnt have a lot of perks yet or what but hopefully they upgrade it soon and fix more of the bugs.

I will have no problem giving this app a solid 5 stars once all the bugs are fixed. I have been with the company for a while now and I have been waiting for an app. This app has everything it needs to be successful, I just hope it is in the near future.

Makes me mad.

The fact that we have to pay $3 to see our schedule is very upsetting to me. This is a clunky, poorly built app. The most annoying part is that it gives the numerical date without saying "Thursday" or "Sunday" So I know I work two weeks away on the 28th, but then I need to check a calendar to see what day of the week it is. I hate this app almost as much as I hate the company who makes me check my schedule on it!

Not worth 3 dollars

The only convenient thing about this app is that I dont have to sign in every time. Everything else is worse than the actual website. It wont let me request shifts. The staff schedule has no details or order to it. I end up signing into the website because its ease of use and everything works.

Terrible

This app is absolutely terrible. Doesnt work for its basic function trading shifts. Cannot see available shifts through the app when youre looking to pick up hours. Spent $2.99 because the company I work for switched to this scheduling program and I wish I hadnt bought it.

Awful waste of money

On paper, great. In practical use, pointless. Cannot switch shifts, will not sync to my calendar!!

AWFUL

Im so upset my job changed to this system. Its hard to navigate through the app. Whats the point of showing available shifts if theres no way of picking it up? Requesting off is a hassle as well. Why can it not be as simple as requesting lunch or dinner off, not the time? I wish we could go back to Hot Schedules, because that system is way better. i would give this no stars if I could.

Offers less than the website

Why pay $2.99 for less than what is offered on the mobile website? Waste of time and money. Unable to see what position each employee is scheduled under on "staff schedule" in app. Wish I could have a refund. Never opening again.

It’s ok

I liked how the app looked before the update. I use the website more often than the app. The chat box does not like emojis. That’s ok I guess. I wish it had a dark mode. The biggest issue is I do not like the layout of the app after the update. The website still looks like the old app model, which I really love. The new version works just like the old version. However, I want the old layout instead, so I must use the website instead of using the app. Also it won’t let me submit time off requests on both the website & the app.

Calendar sync broken

Pretty basic app, overall works ok but a key standard feature of scheduling apps now is calendar sync and this Stafflinq’s sync feature is broken. Sent a support request over a month ago and the response was they are working on it, please use the website version for now. Pretty disappointing answer

App won’t even work

I used to could use the app until it updated and now it won’t open and i don’t know what my schedule is making the app useless and upsetting both me and my employer.

Update is hard to look at

The new update is really bad visually and makes it hard to read my schedule. The old way was a lot better. Otherwise a fine app.

Keeps closing

I’ve been using this app for a little over a year and have never had an issue until now. I keep opening the app and it keeps closing on me. I’ve even checked for updates and reinstalled. What’s the deal???

Terrible

I just got this job and they want me to have this app and I can’t even login in my managers getting frustrated with me because I can’t get in because this app won’t let me it says reset my password and I do know I type it incorrectly, cause I do it a couple times and then when I go to login, it says it won’t work it says invalid i cant afford to get fired when this is my first job

Can’t press half the buttons

This app is virtually unusable. I can’t view ANYTHING other than my current availability and my schedule. I can’t change my availability, I can’t creí my chats, I can’t do anything other than what is right there on the front page because the buttons are on a part of the screen that can’t be touched.

Horrible

Doesn’t even fit the size of your screen. Can’t click on the most important buttons. Such as the back button or the edit a schedule. The worst. Do better

What the heck?

I just updated again. Didn’t mean too and wish I hadn’t. But now I can’t click “sort by shift” when viewing the schedule. 😐 the button at the very top right and top left won’t let me click them.

Very buggy

I honestly do not know why our company still uses this. It takes 20+ tries to make time off requests. This is not a device thing, because this applies to both my iPhone 11 and my iPhone 15. Moreover, for more recent iPhones with the island (near the camera), the interface doesn’t allow access to the submit or sort button on the upper right. Please improve. It is so inconvenient.

app that barely works

my job uses this app for scheduling, but the app barely works. i continuously keep trying to take time off for a vacation before it is to late to get it off and the app does not load the time requested off. it is genuinely the most frustrating thing ever!! please employers for the sake of you and your employees DO NOT USE THIS APP.

App is extremely outdated

App is perfectly fine in almost every way. Only problem is that it is very difficult to press certain important buttons because the app is clearly designed for an iPhone with a home button. It does not fit on the newer iPhones with the larger screen. This is pretty ridiculous that they have not made it compatible yet considering iPhone with home buttons are a isn't at this point (2024). You'd be way better off using hotschedules.

please fix for iphone

the app is not compatible with certain iOS. i am unable to click the buttons at the top to request time off or see the buttons at the bottom. for context, i have an iphone 15. please fix this soon.

I like hot schedules better

Would love to see how many hours I work a week when on the schedule icon. Also on the calendar icon when it shows the people working, after I select filter by shift it changes back immediately to filter alphabetically. Can this be a permanent change or have filter by shift the default?

Trash app, unable to submit time off

Time off button is bugged, requests never go through. It’s a hassle. Fix your app.

Fix The App Please

The buttons in the upper corners are unusable! I have to flip my screen horizontally and spam them to even have a chance at clicking the buttons.

Iphone 15

Cannot touch corner buttons on iPhone 15 needs an update ASAP.

Does not work!! I cannot touch the two buttons on the top from this new update. I have a 14promax and I cannot put in any time off request!!

Please fix app

I recently downloaded the update for Stafflinq and now the top and bottom bar don’t fit my screen on the IPhone 14 Pro Max. The display is now stretched out and makes it impossible to click the buttons on the top and bottom bar!!!

respect the notch

Seriously, you need to respect the notch. The app is effectively unusable on screens with the notch or the Dynamic Island. Yes, this does work really well for the iPhone 8 and before, but anything after that is lacking basic functionality because there is no way to access the buttons at the top or bottom of the screen.

Doesn’t work do not use this for your business

Trying to submit any kind of availability change or time off request takes an act of congress. On IOS you’re unable to select the two buttons at the top of the screen to submit and go back. Time-off requests and availability changes rarely process and go through. For the sake of your employees sanity, do not use this for your business.

It was working well and now I can’t submit a time off or navigate any buttons on the top of the app. Is this going to be fixed?

Unusable

This app used to be fantastic, but it is unusable. The buttons on the top of the screen no longer work on newer iPhones. It’s super frustrating to both me and my boss.

Fix asap

Usually great but new update made it so I can’t touch the buttons at the top of the screen, making it impossible for me to change my availability, ask for time off, or do many necessary functions. Please fix this asap (iPhone 14pro)

Please Update for iPhone 15/iPhone 15 Pro users!

I used to have no issues with this app. However, since upgrading my phone to the iPhone 15 Pro Max, I cannot press the buttons on the top left and right of the screen due to the spacing. Is there a possibility for there to be an update that’ll fix the spacing for those with an iPhone 15/iPhone 15 Pro?

I can’t get a reset link for my password! It only had been five days since I’ve tried it and nothing is working! This is really frustrating because I have no idea why it won’t send me the link and I have a new job too!

There’s a limit to request off dates. I’ve requested of two weekends in the past month and next month I need one off but it won’t let me request it so now I have to go tell my boss I won’t be here and get it off. It’s pointless if I just have to ask my boss anyways

The point of this app is to look at my schedule, it fails to do that since it crashes. Fix this and I will rate it better please!

I get notifications and I’m able look at everything else but not my schedule I open it and it closes automatically.

keeps crashing

haven’t been able to open the app in several days. every time i try it immediately crashes. i’ve made sure the app is up to date, phone is up to date, and restarted both the phone and app itself and still can’t use it.

Optimization For Newer Phones

Not optimized for newer phones very glitchy while using the app. I have to close the app 2-3 times before I actually get into it.

Wont let me log in

I paid money for this app. It tells me my schedule & it keeps saying error and won’t let me log in through the app, I have to go through the website. It’s inconvenient & extremely frustrating.

Please bring back calendar export!!!

Before the website update I could export my schedule to my calendar and it was so convenient, I don’t know why it would be removed but please bring it back!!!
